Our Story
CMS Sealcoating & Landscaping was built from the ground up through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to doing the job right.
Our President, Chris, grew up on a farm in Amsterdam, New York, where he learned the value of hard work at an early age. From operating equipment and maintaining property to helping with daily farm operations, those experiences laid the foundation for what would eventually become CMS.
What started as mowing lawns and knocking on doors has grown into a full-service property maintenance company serving homeowners, businesses, municipalities, and commercial clients throughout the Capital Region.
Today, CMS provides landscaping, sealcoating, excavation, site work, material delivery, land clearing, hardscaping, and more—all while maintaining the same hands-on approach that helped build the company from day one.
